This application (“Flow Calc™”) is an engineering calculation tool designed for professional use.

Flow Calc™ collects only the information necessary to process purchases, verify software licenses, and provide customer support. This may include the customer's name, email address, license number, computer identifier, and the date, time, and approximate location of the most recent license verification.

3. File Access

• File access is initiated by the user only.
• Files remain stored locally on the user’s device.
• No file contents are transmitted externally.
• Application settings, preferences, and licensing information may be stored locally on the user's device, including within the Windows Registry.

4. Licensing and Network Communication

• Secure HTTPS requests are used for license validation.
• Only limited licensing information, such as the license key and device identifier, is transmitted.
• No user files, calculations, project data, or file contents are transmitted.
• No analytics or behavioral tracking is performed. Flow Calc™ records only the most recent license verification date and time for license management purposes.

5. Data Storage

All application settings and configurations are stored locally on the user’s device. No data is shared with third parties.

6. Third-Party Services

This application does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

7. Security

All licensing communication is encrypted using HTTPS.

8. Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated as needed. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any updates.
